Restaurant Mahlknecht Hut Joch road 28 - Alpe di Siusi Hmmm, what a wonderful food fragrance touches my nose? I smell the warm sweetness of the potatoes and the spice smoked bacon. This mixture is refined, only just picked fresh alpine herbs and already on my plate.
