Culinary show "South Tyrol on the Table" - Castelrotto

On May 22, 2026, the live culinary show “South Tyrol Cooks” will take place in the village square of Castelrotto. During the event, chefs from participating establishments will prepare dishes using 100% ingredients from the Seiser Alm region of the Dolomites as part of the Schlerngenuss Weeks, which the audience will then have the opportunity to taste. Additionally, a gourmet market will be held simultaneously in the village square, where local producers will showcase and sell their products.
